Position Title:          Project Coordinator
Position Type:          Contract
Position Summary:

The responsibilities of the Deployment Project Coordinator is to run, administer and organize all project activities, in cooperation with and under the direction of Management or a Project Manager, to ensure the scope of each project is on schedule as well as to provide support to other departments, companies and organizations to obtain critical information and document in specific formats for input. The Project Coordinator will also schedule and hold meetings with appropriate departments, Points of Contact, customers and upper management.
Additional job skills, functions and requirements include
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
  • Update internal and customer databases and tools
  • Track and create Market Forecast for awarded Services and their associated milestones
  • Schedule and track timelines for all awarded Services compared to forecasts, for the awarded services
  • Report and coordinate escalations as necessary, both internally and externally
  • Coordinating any governance-related activities
  • Ensuring that identified systems, tools, databases, and the data repository are updated accurately and timely, in accordance with the Contract Documents
  • Attend daily/weekly calls and provide progress updates
  • Develop a daily site level schedule forecast for field teams
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain various databases and trackers
  • Obtain the necessary access requirements (i.e. landlords) for field teams
  • Ensure field teams upload the necessary daily close out documents
  • Send daily end of shift report to cross-functional teams
  • Submit material orders for field team pickup
  • Track material return from field team
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience (analysis, statistics, coordination, etc)
  • Prior experience running/scheduling field teams
  • Strong Technical Skills in math, statistics, and analysis
  • Good analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentations.
  • This position requires good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the areas of Microsoft Standard Office Suite (Excel Expertise Required)
